Ryan Fencik

Ryan Fencik is a Regional Supervisory Investigator at the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration Whistleblower Protection Program. 

Before becoming a supervisor in July 2021, Ryan held the positions of Regional Investigator with OSHA's Whistleblower Program and was responsible for investigating employee complaints of retaliation under the various statutes enforced by OSHA.   

Prior to joining OSHA, Ryan spent 5 years as a Field Examiner with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) investigating unfair labor practices involving, employees, unions and employers, as well as overseeing and conducting representation/decertification union elections.   

Ryan earned a Master of Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Employment and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
