John C. Summers

Over 50 years of increasing responsibilities in management. Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Effectiveness. He is certified in Organizational Development by The University of North Carolina and is recognized globally as a human performance expert. As a senior safety expert he has led engineering teams/inspected over 230 nuclear sites in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and Asia. John has been a Fleet Director at two utilities, a plant general manager with 1100 employees, and spent 25 years as a senior manager at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and the World Association of Nuclear Operations (WANO).
