David Raptosh

David Raptosh is a Regional Director of WorkStrategies®at Select Medical’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Division (NovaCare Rehabilitation and Select Physical Therapy). David is a graduate of Misericordia University and is a board certified, Occupational Therapist.  He is a graduate of St. Francis University with a Masters in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. David is an expert witness, peer review/utilization review specialist, consultant to the employer and insurance industries and a human resource management consultant. David is a faculty member with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor and Industry Workers’ Compensation Division, The Pennsylvania Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health, The Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society Lifeguard® Program, CEU Institute and Select Medical’s Clinical Education Program.
