Bill Krulac works at McCutcheon Enterprises, Inc. as Senior Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Coordinator.  He is an instructor and trainer with over 40 years of experience in emergency response; is a certified Incident Safety Officer, and Hazardous Materials Incident Commander.  Bill has presented on hazardous materials and safety training across numerous industry sectors ranging from manufacturing and energy production to research laboratories and health care facilities.
